‘Sink or swim’ is a terrible approach to HR! Our onboarding process takes several weeks, giving you time to settle in and build your caseload over time. Particularly in your first 6 months, we offer many opportunities to shadow our experienced OTs, visiting them to ‘learn by doing’. You’ll be able to challenge yourself and might be stretched beyond your comfort zone – but we promise you’ll never be out of your depth!Supervision, training and CPD
