Graduate Program
We are passionate about developing the next generation of clinicians as they begin their careers.
With a focus on foundational skills, graduates and early career clinicians will build competence and confidence in clinical, self-management and self-leadership skills.
Our framework takes graduates through foundational weekly topics, supported by group sessions, learning modules, resources, peer buddy support and dedicated time to learn and reflect. Learning through experience is supported by ample opportunities to shadow senior clinicians and participate in co-treating.
Launch into a fulfilling career
Graduates coming to Enabled Designs can expect:
- Small intakes so we can develop relationships personally and cater the program around individual needs.
- A capped caseload, allowing time for observation, investigation and reflection, with a gradual increase in caseload over 6 months.
- A caseload that is carefully selected to suit learning and comfort levels.
- Support from our experienced supervisors and leaders to walk with you on your journey.
Our graduate program will assist you in developing your skills, knowledge and abilities. You will be supported to develop healthy habits and routines that will serve you well throughout your career. We work with you to provide you with the foundation for you as a clinician to launch into a fulfilling career.
