Home and living assessments involve working closely with individuals to explore housing options that best support their long-term safety, independence, and quality of life.

Through a detailed assessment process, we identify current challenges and future needs to provide options of various environments that are not only functional and accessible, but also aligned with each person’s goals. Whether considering modifications, supported accommodation, or a complete change in living arrangement, we provide clear guidance and tailored recommendations to support informed and confident decision-making.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) are NDIS supports that enable people with disability to live as independently as possible.

While SDA focuses on providing purpose-built housing to meet high support needs, SIL refers to the day-to-day support a person receives in their home to help with personal care, daily living tasks, and building skills for independence. Together, they create the foundation for safe, supported, and empowered living.

What sets us apart?

What sets our team apart is not just our deep understanding of SIL and SDA, but our ability to identify and articulate exactly what’s needed to create a truly supportive environment. With years of clinical experience, we assess each individual’s unique circumstances and goals, and use evidence-informed practice to develop high-quality reports that get results. Our reports are clear, detailed, and aligned with NDIS criteria — ensuring they support funding applications and housing decisions that lead to meaningful outcomes. We don’t just tick boxes — we advocate for homes and supports that enable people to thrive.
