Our work and team require:
Our caseload is varied across all ages. Our clients’ primarily have a physical disability as we are involved in a clinical space that focuses on accessible physical environments and assistance technology to enhance a persons capabilities. Our clients’ are all unique and keep our team engaged and challenged. We primarily work with clients’ under the NDIS, however at times work under other funding models too, including home care packages, private clients’ or other insurance models. We offer plenty of support with your caseload, however clinicians are not required to take on clients that are outside of the skillset.
We offer flexibility in hours and days worked to suit your life. We value that people can have other focuses outside of work, so we offer roles that range from 15 – 37.5 hours per week across Monday – Friday. Manage your calendar to plan your day, your way.
You will become part of a highly supportive team that love to share knowledge and resources. We are a close knit team that meet regularly to discuss complex cases and develop action plans together. We believe that our clients’ should benefit from the collective skills and experience of our whole team. Someone is only a desk, phone call or click away to answer your questions. We value regular clinical supervision that continues no matter how many years you have been an Occupational Therapist.
All our team members are provided with a CPD allowance. We utilise a range of internal and external professional development opportunities to support your growth. We host a monthly Round Table session and have a suite of self-directed learning modules specific to our area of practice.

We provide the clinical equipment and resources needed. This includes a laptop and phone, as well as all the forms, templates and clinical resources you need to be the best you can be. Team members are expected to use their own vehicles, however rest assured, the km reimbursement is very generous to cover running costs +
