Occupational therapists like to get out and about with you. If one of your goals is to improve your ability to cook healthy food, for example, we’ll help you choose recipes and make a shopping list, and then we’ll come to the store with you. After that, we’ll come to your kitchen and help you prepare ingredients and make a meal.
Both adults and kids may benefit from occupational therapy to overcome challenges relating to health conditions or disability.
