Therapy where you need it
Occupational therapy is a very practical, hands-on form of therapy where you learn by doing.
Occupational therapists like to get out and about with you. If one of your goals is to improve your ability to cook healthy food, for example, we’ll help you choose recipes and make a shopping list, and then we’ll come to the store with you. After that, we’ll come to your kitchen and help you prepare ingredients and make a meal.

Occupational therapy for children and adults
Both adults and kids may benefit from occupational therapy to overcome challenges relating to health conditions or disability.
- Neurological conditions
- Physical disability
- Vision impairment
- Stroke rehabilitation
- Intellectual disability
- Chronic pain
- Brain injury
- Arthritis or amputation
- Spinal cord injury
Who do we help?
We work with anyone who needs us – children, adults and seniors.
