Naomi

Occupational Therapist

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from ACU in 2018, Naomi has gained broad experience across Aged Care and NDIS private practice, supporting people with a wide range of disabilities and needs. This variety has shaped her well-rounded and thoughtful approach to care, ensuring she considers all aspects of a person’s life when working toward meaningful goals.

With a strong interest in assistive technology and home modifications, Naomi enjoys finding creative and practical solutions that enhance independence and quality of life. Known for her friendly and energetic nature, she brings warmth and curiosity to her work, always eager to learn and reflect to provide the best possible support.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Naomi out and about with her family and their golden retriever, exploring new activities and looking for fun ways to keep her little ones entertained.

Jessica

Occupational Therapist

Jessica  is an Occupational Therapist highly experienced in elderly care and rehabilitation. Jessica is skilled and experienced in provided tailored therapy, exercise facilitation, and falls prevention, pressure care and pain management interventions for clients with chronic conditions, as well as activities of daily living retraining, home assessments, and care planning in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Through diverse clinical rotations, Jessica has gained experience in orthopaedics, neurology, spinal cord injury rehabilitation and palliative care, honing a broad skill set in treating complex conditions. Holding a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University, Jessica is passionate about improving client well-being through the art of balancing environment, person and occupational function as well as exploring the therapeutic benefits of art. Jessica strengths in empathy and collaboration supports her ability to come alongside people and journey towards successful outcomes.

Outside of work Jessica enjoys the beach, baking, making arts and crafts with her kids, pilates, hiking and travelling around Australia visiting family.

Aimee Maddren

Senior Occupational Therapist

Aimee completed the Master of Occupational Therapy at Curtin University in 2007 and developed her skills and experience working primarily in the hospital setting in subacute rehabilitation across public and private health. Aimee has experience and a keen interest in working with amputees, as well as providing home modifications solutions and cognitive rehabilitation.

Aimee has transitioned these skills to the community setting bringing a unique perspective to client care in a persons home and community environment. She brings strengths in utilising a comprehensive, client centred approach to every situation ensuring clients are provided with an outstanding level of understanding and care. Aimee enjoys working collaboratively with clients to find solutions to improve engagement and independence in everyday life.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and children.

Peter Flood

Senior Occupational Therapist

Peter has a passion for helping to increase the independence of people that he is working with so that they can be the best that they can be. He uses a client-centered approach to ensure that he works collaboratively with people. Peter has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist for 15 years and has experience working across the continuum of care within the public health system. During this time, Peter has accumulated over 10 years of experience working with people in their homes to achieve their desired goals.

Peter has extensive experience in complex equipment prescription including major home modifications, complex powered mobility and pressure care prescription. He has worked with a diverse range of conditions and has a special interest in progressive neurological conditions and has experience working in specialist clinics related to this. Peter is diligent in ensuring that clients needs are fully understood, all options are considered and solutions are agreed upon and bring about excellent outcomes for his clients.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Peter also enjoys watching and participating in sport.

Agnes

Occupational Therapist

Agnes has a strong passion for providing holistic care to optimise individual’s wellbeing and health through meaningful occupational therapy. She values building positive relationships with individuals to support them to achieve their desires in life.

Graduated with a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice at Monash University, Agnes has pursued her enthusiasm in home modification, assistive technology and home and living which she believes can foster independence and meaningful participation in life. Agnes is passionate to learn all she can to bring her best to her clients.

In her spare time, Agnes enjoys drawing and painting.

Chelsea

Occupational Therapist

Chelsea has a strong passion for client-centred practice and supporting individuals to improve their independence and participation in daily activities which are important and meaningful to them. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at Monash University she has enjoyed working as an Occupational Therapist within the community sector. She values building strong relationships with her clients and working collaboratively alongside families and formal supports to develop creative solutions through the provision of assistive technology and home modifications to support and empower clients to achieve their goals. 

Chelsea is enthusiastic about Occupational Therapy, bringing unique, creative and fun ways to support those she meets. Her kindness and care for the people she supports stands out.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing netball, socialising with friends and family and taking her two dogs on scenic walks. 

Louis

Occupational Therapist

Louis is a highly driven and motivated Occupational Therapist with a passion for home modification. Graduated from the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Monash University, Louis brings a level of expertise in clinical care and experience as an Occupational Therapist working predominantly in the community sector. Louis has completed various further professional developments specialised in environmental and home modification including minor and major home modification, home automation, assistive technology and other accessible living solutions.

Louis thrives on delivering a high level of person centred and goal orientated approach and develops tailored creative design solutions to ensure that people are enabled to continue to live safely, independently and individually unique lifestyles. At his core belief to “not just survive but to really thrive’’, it is Louis’s mission to support and develop individualised solutions to everyday living challenges.

Petrina

Senior Occupational Therapist

Petrina is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist who graduated from University of Sydney in 2008 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy). Petrina has been working as a community Occupational Therapist since 2011 in both NSW and Victoria across both public and private settings. Petrina mainly works with adults on the NDIS, with a range of disabilities and has extensive experience in assistive technology prescription and home modifications. Petrina enjoys achieving positive outcomes with her clients and assisting them to achieve their goals and increase their independence.

Petrina demonstrates a high level of understanding of the complex factors that can impact on a person achieving independence and quality of life. Petrina has strengths in working with clients, carers and the health team to approach challenges holistically and achieve great results together.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, outdoors and planning her next travelling destination.

Paige

Occupational Therapist

Paige graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (honours) from Monash university in 2016 and has spent a number of years living and working in London. This gave her a breadth of experience that enriches her as a clinician. She has worked in a number of community roles, primarily providing community-based rehabilitation, home modification services and provision of assistive technology to support clients to remain living safely and independently in their own homes.

Paige values working with individuals within their own home environments, supporting the development of personalised goals that meet their desires to engage and participate in their everyday lives. Paige’s compassionate approach to the people she meets and hear ability to communicate clearly and concisely allows people to feel confident with her care and advice.

Outside of work, Paige is very busy with her three young children, whom she loves seeing them develop and grow.

Michael

Occupational Therapist / Operations Manager

Michael is an experienced Occupational Therapist and Operations Manager who has a passion for both excellent client care and building exceptional working environments. Michael has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with further studies in Health and Safety/Ergonomics. Michael has spent over 10 years working in the Injury Management sectors both with public and private organisations. Michael is highly motivated to create workplaces where employees thrive and grow to be the best version of themselves, whilst having a little fun. Michael remains passionate about client care and providing high quality service particular in the Home Modifications space.

Michael has experience across Business Operations, Injury Management, Community Health and Client centred care. Outside of work Michael enjoys time with his two little kids, watching every sport and playing a few rounds of golf when allowed.

Jess

Occupational Therapist

Jess graduated from La Trobe University with her Masters in Occupational Therapy and Bachelors of Applied Science. Jess has worked in a range of allied health settings, developing her passion in working within the community setting due to variety of interventions available alongside the opportunity to build relationships with her clients on a long-term basis. 

She works collaboratively and holistically with clients and their support networks to explore goal setting, motivations and opportunities for strengths based progression. Jess enjoys finding creative solutions to barriers to participation through the use of task adaptation, assistive technology and home modifications. Her ethos is that everyone deserves to feel socially engaged and has a right to live a dignified life to their fullest capacity. 

Outside of work, she is loves cooking, attending music events, art and creative activities, and exploring what Melbourne has to offer with Rue, her golden retriever.

Kate

Senior Occupational Therapist

Kate is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. Kate graduated from Curtin University in 2002 and is a passionate practitioner who enjoys working in the community disability field. Kate prides herself on being goal orientated. She completes thorough assessments ensuring that she really listens to her clients, understands their priorities and helps them to achieve their goals.

Kate has a special interest in assistive technology: prescribing beds, recliner chairs, pressure management devices, daily living equipment and mobility equipment such as scooters and wheelchairs (both manual and powered). Kate is also experienced in minor and complex home modifications. She enjoys helping people to modify their environment to suit their functional skills and physical, sensory and cognitive requirements.

Harriet

Senior Occupational Therapist

Harriet is a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for promoting health and wellbeing at work and in everyday life. Harriet brings a level of expertise in clinical care and previous experience as an occupational therapist working in the public health sector within the community, sub-acute, outpatient clinic and acute settings. She has a breadth of clinical skill and knowledge across a variety of areas including progressive neurological diseases, palliative care, aged care, orthopaedic, general medicine, trauma, acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions.

Harriet thrives on delivering a high level of person centred and goal orientated approach, developing and managing care plans to ensure that people are enabled to continue to overcome everyday challenges, feel comfortable and increase their independence in the community. She loves being able to help people lead the lives they want in a way that suits them.

Harriet graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) at Auckland University of Technology. She is committed to ensuring that all interventions are evidence based and has a passion for providing mentoring to colleagues and students to support their development of clinical skills and career progression.

Genna

Senior Occupational Therapist

Genna is a passionate Occupational Therapist who has developed advanced skills in the areas of home modifications, equipment prescription and falls prevention. She is motivated to work with people in their home and community settings to help people overcome everyday challenges and maximise their independence.

Genna graduated from Curtin University of WA in 2010 dedicating herself to learning and developing into the outstanding clinician she is today. Genna draws on her vast experiences in working across Western Australia and Victoria in the community setting to provide comprehensive care.

Genna is dedicated to providing high quality, client-centered interventions and continues to establish her skillset through professional development, mentoring students and presenting to other Occupational Therapists.

Felicity

Office Administrator

Felicity has spent over 15 years working in various customer service based roles within the Banking Sector, attaining a Diploma of Financial Planning along the way.  Felicity then took a break to raise three children before returning to work as a Receptionist/Administrator/Bookkeeper in a small family business.  With her children all now at High School, Felicity joined Enabled Designs where she enjoys using her customer service and organisational skills to help others. In her spare time Felicity enjoys spending time with her family.

Brooke

Senior Occupational Therapist

Brooke completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2019 at Auckland University of Technology (AUT). She has spent the last five years working within the community sector and inpatient rehabilitation, with a clinical focus in brain injury rehabilitation, complex wheelchairs and seating, standardised and functional assessment, assistive technology and complex home modifications. Brooke has a developed advanced skills in wheelchairs and seating, having achieved accreditation in New Zealand. She values teaching and training other Occupational Therapists in their comprehensive approach to seating and postural support to achieve the best outcome for clients’.

Brooke is passionate and dedicated in supporting her clients to achieve their goals through tailoring interventions specific to her client’s needs, their interests and the environments they reside in. Brooke focuses on building strong relationships with her clients and family, providing a holistic approach to Occupational Therapy interventions. Brooke builds on the strong connections she makes with clients and their families to ensure full understanding of needs and desires, in order to develop solutions that bring meaningful change.

Outside of work , Brooke enjoys playing lacrosse, with a notable highlight of representing NZ in elite competition.

Belinda

Practice & Customer Relationship Manager

Belinda has worked in many roles in the healthcare industry over the past 35 years. Initially training as a nurse at the Alfred hospital, she has worked for many large medical device corporations in commercial and leadership positions. Her passion and drive to help people has contributed to her success through building trusting and long term relationships with clients, customers and her team. She values her role in mentoring many past colleagues and contacts to support them to be the best in what they do.

Belinda has a strong focus in providing those engaging with Enabled Designs to have a standout experience that exceeds expectations. Belinda plays a key role in strengthening relationships with clients and partners to Enabled Designs and supports the team to provide an optimal client experience.

Belinda loves to spend her spare time walking her golden retrievers, cooking, catching up with family and friends, watching newly released movies and listening to music.

Anna

Senior Occupational Therapist

Since graduating with Honours from the University of Newcastle in 2005, Anna has worked with adult and aged persons across the public and private sectors in both Australia and the UK. Anna brings many years of experience working in community health services in NSW and NHS in the UK and private practice including working with Department of Veteran’s Affairs, NDIS, Worker’s Compensation and Aged Care assessment, and as an Acting Co-ordinator of a Home Modifications Service.

Anna has exceptional skill in comprehensive assessment, goal setting and developing impactful solutions to achieve clients’ desired outcomes. Anna has a strong focus on working collaboratively with clients and caregivers to find creative solutions to improve their participation and independence in daily life. She finds joy in seeing the immense and immediate benefits that the right piece of equipment or modification to the home can bring to clients.

When not working, Anna enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and 2 boys.

Allie

Office Manager

Allie is a valuable member of the team at Enabled Designs, committed to providing those we met with an exceptional experience with our service. Allie developed valuable skills working in property finance and banking in Ireland, the UK and Australia.  After 10 years of building a successful career, Allie took a career break to raise 3 wonderful children and relocated to Melbourne. With her children now growing up, Allie has put her customer service, finance and team support skills to good use at Enabled Designs.

Allie is passionate about providing a friendly and well organised service to those engaged with Enabled Designs, understanding the need for a seamless experience for those looking for support with their health and wellbeing. Allie is an integral part of the Enabled Designs team, leading the team and supporting clinicians to achieve great outcomes for our clients.

Annelise Costelow

Principal Occupational Therapist

Annelise offers a wealth of knowledge and over two decades of experience in community health focusing on home modifications and assistive technology. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2004, she has pursued excellence in her field, completing a Masters in Advanced Occupational Therapy in 2015 with an emphasis on environmental modifications and assistive technology. In 2022, she obtained additional qualifications as an NDIS Complex Home Modifications Home Assessor, reflecting her dedication to deliver innovative, client centre solutions.

Driven by her passion for helping people to overcome challenges and live meaningful, fulfilling lives, Annelise thrives on developing creative and individualised solutions, whether through home modifications, assistive technology or other strategies, that enhance each person’s ability to participate in daily activities and achieve their goals. Her commitment to exploring new approaches and tailoring supports, empowers clients to maximise their independence and quality of life.

Beyond her clinical work, Annelise is devoted to advancing the Occupational Therapy profession. She provides leadership through supervision, coaching, and training opportunities for Occupational Therapists across the industry, building their confidence and skills so they can provide exceptional care.

Laura

Clinical Excellence Lead / Senior Occupational Therapist

Laura is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for driving healthcare innovation and the provision of best practice care to her clients. Laura obtained a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) and Bachelor of Ergonomics degrees in 2007, and additional qualifications as an NDIS complex home modifications Home Assessor and a post-graduate certificate in Healthcare Management and Leadership. Her primary clinical focus is comprehensive care and complex home modifications and assistive technology prescription. Laura has excelled throughout her career leading to her achieving published research related to home modifications for people living with bariatric care needs.

Laura has worked with adults in the public sector in Australia and the United Kingdom across a variety of acute and rehabilitation settings, with a strong focus on community health for the past 11 years. Laura played an integral role in the establishment of ndis services in her local healthcare network and is passionate about supporting people with chronic health issues and disability to lead happy and fulfilling lives. Laura brings her wealth of knowledge to the team at Enabled Designs and her strengths in mentoring others to excel in their clinical practice, focusing on supervision, coaching, training, case discussions, evidence informed practice, valuable resources development and setting up processes for team success.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys surfing, going to music gigs, travel and beach walks with her golden retriever.
